To report damaged shipments, please visit our contact us. Damaged shipments must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. All damaged returns must bear a valid return merchandize authorization (RMA) number issued by Planet Bakery, Inc and must be received by Planet Bakery, Inc within five days of issuance of the RMA. Shipments received without an RMA or more than five days after the issuance of the RMA will be refused. All returns are subject to inspection and if product not found to be damaged, a refund cannot be issued since Planet Bakery, Inc. does not offer a refund for non-damaged goods. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 30 days from the date of purchase.
