Do I have to register? Yes you do have to register, however if you do this will save you time next time you order from PlanetBakey. <TOP>

What is a USER ID?  This is an abbreviated way of identifying you the shopper.  Your USER ID at PlanetBakey is your E-mail account.  Your password can be anything.  To complete your on-line purchase, we send an order confirmation to this address.  Also, we send an order status to the same E-mail. <TOP>

What do I do if I forgot my password?  Simply enter your Login ID (see display 1.0), which is the E-Mail address you supplied PlanetBakery on your last visit.  Click the "Please Email My Password" button and click the "Login" button.  You will get a message confirming that the password is on its way to you.  the screen response below .  Simply click the "Please E-mail Me My Password" button and within moments you can check your E-mail to retrieve your password. <TOP>

Do I have to be on your e-mail distribution?  No, you do not however, you will not be notified of promotions at PlanetBakery. <TOP>
 
What is Fillo Dough?  Fillo is a thin tissue paper like dough.  Baked to perfection, it becomes extremely brittle.  Layers upon layers of fillo stacked nicely add strength to it's structure. <TOP> 

  
How can I place orders and have them sent to multiple addresses?  If you have not registered, you may wish to do so  to reduce several steps.  Simply shop as you normally would. When you get to the check out section, simply change the "Ship To" information.<TOP>

 
Does PlanetBakery.com ship to other countries?  Yes.  We also ship to Canada.  Go to UPS.com for information about shipping internationally.  Additionally fees may apply and can be charge to your recipient. <TOP>

What other products do you plan on selling? None at this time however our plan is to expand into items such as Pita Breads and other baked goods.  <TOP>

 
Can you accommodate large functions such as  weddings or showers?  Yes we can.  We recommend that you contact us for your specific needs.  <TOP>

 
Do you sell wholesale?  Yes we do.  Simply fill out the information at our customer care form and describe the nature of your business.  A customer representative will contact you.  <TOP>


Can I cancel my order?  Yes.  Simply send an Email to: sales@baklava.com before we ship confirm your order and we will gladly cancel.  Please include your order number, name, and telephone number.  A canceled order confirmation will be sent via email and should be retained for your records.  Once we ship confirm your order, you cannot cancel.  <TOP>


What do I do if my order arrives damaged.  Visit our customer care page and notify us immediately via the email form.  You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery to honor damaged packages. <TOP>

Do you offer other shipping services beside the FREE Gound Service?  Yes we do.  This option is available during the checkout process where you click on the "ship via" drop down box to view all options. <TOP>

Can you ship to multiple addressess?  Yes we can.  Follow the instructions below.

1) Sending gifts to multiple addresses?  Download our multi-address spreadsheet (click here).

2) Place your order with the desired products and quantities.

3) Populate information on spreadsheet include order# on header.

4) Email spreadsheet to orders@planetbakery.com with multiple recipients and addresses.
